Gratitude is a powerful tool to shift your perspective and focus on the positive in your life, even on the hardest days. This exercise invites you to keep a gratitude journal in which you write down, at the end of each day, three things you feel grateful for. They do not have to be major events; they can be small details such as a pleasant conversation, a good coffee, or a moment of peace.

Instructions
1. Dedicate 5 minutes at the end of each day to reflect on what has happened to you.
Write down three things you feel grateful for. They can be experiences, feelings, or even people.
Briefly reflect on how these positive things have impacted your day and your overall well-being.
Review your journal weekly to remind yourself of the good things that happen to you and observe if there are recurring patterns or themes.
Instructions
This regular exercise can help you reduce stress and anxiety by shifting your focus toward positive aspects, increasing your overall well-being. Over time, it will train you to seek and recognize the positive in your daily life.
